The buyer has the right, within 3 calendar days from the receipt of the product, to withdraw in writing from the market, sending by e-mail (email@example.com) his withdrawal to the Company, but with the obligation to cover the cost / cost of returning the product to the point of sale. In this case, the Company within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the above fax / message will return the money to the buyer in the bank account that he will indicate in his withdrawal. For the valid withdrawal of the buyer, the product must be returned to the Company in its original packaging and must not have suffered any damage or wear.
Returns can be made via Courier.
In any case, the return of the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Sales, etc.)
In case of change of products in discount or offer, they are changed in the respective discount or offer price and always (not) earlier than the end of the discounts and offers and within the period of 14 days from the day of the confirmed receipt of the order by the buyer .
If the return is due to the fault of the Company, the return cost is borne by the latter.
Returns will be accepted only after approval of the Company and after checking the returned product.
Returns of defective products
